Pressbox Brand Audit and Presentation

Pressbox, is a 24-hour, digitally enhanced dry cleaning service. Two Notre Dame graduates, Vijen Patel and Drew McKenna, cofounded the company in 2013. In 3 years Pressbox has spread to over150 locations throughout Chicago and is expanding to another city this month. For my analysis, I researched and analyzed how existing customers viewed Pressbox. After the client visit and multiple class discussions there was one key challenge for Pressbox, retention. Within the last 6 months, 43% of existing customers have not used Pressbox. Secondary research analysis gave me a better understanding about the customers’ feelings and attitudes towards Pressbox. Pressbox could improve its retention rate with existing customers by, making changes to its laundry service for better quality, create a more user and customer friendly website, and draw in more Chicagoans and travel customers.
